VolunteersThere are many opportunities to be involved in ASORN! Please call Headquarters or one of your Board of Directors members any time if you are interested in becoming more involved or complete the volunteer form.
Working on one of the standing committees is an excellent way to get more involved.
Volunteering to speak at the Annual Meeting is always welcome or you may wish to suggest speakers or topics you would like.
Writing and submitting a Free Paper to be presented at the Annual Meeting allows you to introduce a topic interesting to you. Free Paper presentations are only six to eight minutes long.
Applying for or encouraging someone else to apply for an ASORN Award could earn you/them a nice award for your efforts or toward advancing your education and/or career.
Running for an elected position gives you more voice in the organization.
Writing for Insight enables you to share your knowledge with others and gets you published; an outstanding achievement for anyone.
