Please Note: As of Spring 2008, it is required that Ophthalmology Fellowships applicants apply via the Central Application Service (CAS). As of the date of this posting, Ocular Pathology and Neuro-ophthalmology fellowships are the only exception. For these two fellowships, applicants must still register with the Ophthalmology Fellowship Match and obtain a registration number. Please see details linked below:
