Please Note: We require that Ophthalmology Fellowship applicants apply via the Central Application Service (CAS). As of the date of this posting, Oculoplastic Surgery and Neuro-ophthalmology fellowships are exceptions. However, Neuro-ophthalmology fellowship applicants must still register with the Ophthalmology Fellowship Match and obtain a registration number. Please see details linked below:
