Accreditation Statement
These activities are provided by the American Society of Ophthalmic Registered Nurses (ASORN). ASORN is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC COA).
ASORN is provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number 11901.
ASORN’s accredited status does not imply endorsement by ASORN or the ANCC of any commercial products displayed or mentioned in conjunction with an activity. Accreditation refers only to recognition of educational activities and the information provided therein is solely for educational purposes. It is the responsibility of the conferees to determine its efficacy and safety in clinical, research, and educational situations.
Contact Hours and JCAHPO Credits
To receive nursing contact hours and/or JCAHPO CECs for activities where noted, read the article, print and successfully complete the post-test and general evaluation form by the expiration date noted on the web site, and mail or fax it with payment (if applicable) to:

Successful completion is defined as a score of 80% or higher. Participants who do not achieve a minimum score of 80% may retake the test within 30 days. An additional processing fee of $10 is applicable for all test retakes. Contact ASORN at (415) 561-8513 for additional information.
Contact hours for these activities may be used for CRNO recertification.
Attendance Verification Certificates
Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks from date of receipt of post-tests to receive your attendance verification certificate. Requests for certificates less than 3 weeks from date of receipt must be accompanied by an additional $10 fee. Please plan ahead and submit your post-tests well in advance of deadlines for recertification and relicensure.
