Michael G. Hunt, MD, received both Bachelor of Arts and MD degrees from Baylor, Houston, Texas. He completed his internship in Houston.

John W. Kitchens, MD, earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Evansville, Evansville, Indiana, and an MD from Indiana University, Indianapolis, where he also served his internship.

Susan J. Quick, MD, was in the Air Force for the few years prior to her residency, serving as a physician in the ER and the urgent care clinic at Hill AFB, Utah. She received her Bachelor of Science from MIT, and attended medical school at Johns Hopkins and Baylor, receiving her MD from the latter. She served an internship at David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base.

William (B.J.) Dupps, MD, PhD, earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and both an MS and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Ohio State University. Dr. Dupps received his MD from Ohio State University.

John H. Fingert, MD, PhD, received his BA in Engineering from Dartmouth College. Both his PhD in Genetics and his MD were earned at the University of Iowa.

Erin L. Holloman, MD, received her Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Oklahoma State University. She received her MD from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

Jennifer J. Lee, MD, received her Bachelor of Science in Psychological Services from Northwestern University and her MD from Northwestern Medical School
