The Iowa Lions Foundation provides support to:
- Iowa Lions Eye Bank, helps restore sight to the visually impaired through corneal transplantation.
- Coming to Your Senses, provides free vision screening for young children.
- Iowa Lions Hearing Aid Bank, reconditions used aids and provides for persons unable to afford them.
- Glaucoma & Diabetes Screening Unit, provides mobile health screening to Iowa residents.
- Iowa Department for the Blind, a multi-service rehabilitation agency.
- Education for the Blind, provides communication equipment for blind students.
- Iowa School for the Deaf, provides a learning environment for hearing-impaired students.
- Iowa Braille & Sight Seeing School, provides educational services for visually impaired students.
- Leader Dogs for the Blind, trains and provides leader dogs for blind people around the world.
- Camp Courageous, allows blind children to attend summer camp.
- Cochlear Implant Center, serves the needs of persons with profound sensorineural deafness.
