The Iowa Lions Foundation provides support to:

Iowa Lions Eye Bank, helps restore sight to the visually impaired through corneal transplantation.
Coming to Your Senses, provides free vision screening for young children.
Iowa Lions Hearing Aid Bank, reconditions used aids and provides for persons unable to afford them.
Glaucoma & Diabetes Screening Unit, provides mobile health screening to Iowa residents.
Iowa Department for the Blind, a multi-service rehabilitation agency.
Education for the Blind, provides communication equipment for blind students.
Iowa School for the Deaf, provides a learning environment for hearing-impaired students.
Iowa Braille & Sight Seeing School, provides educational services for visually impaired students.
Leader Dogs for the Blind, trains and provides leader dogs for blind people around the world.
Camp Courageous, allows blind children to attend summer camp.
Cochlear Implant Center, serves the needs of persons with profound sensorineural deafness.
