Primary Care Clinic for Eye Care
The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences announces a service designed to provide primary eye care services in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
The Primary Care Clinic provides routine eye examinations by faculty optometrists on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
The goal of the service is to provide a cost-efficient primary care eye examination in 60 minutes or less, with no longer than a two week wait for the appointment.
Medical eye care as well as contact lenses will not be provided through the Primary Care Clinic. Those services will continue to be provided by the appropriate clinics within the Department of Ophthalmology.
