Set Up For A Fall: think twice before performing hydrodissection

When you encounter certain situations you should think twice before performing hydrodissection: posterior polar cataract, perforating trauma to lens, radial tear during anterior casulotomy, and, as in this case, cataract immediately following vitrectomy.
