Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome

This patient has iris atrophy, corectopia (displacement of the pupil) and polycoria (multiple holes in the iris) due to Axenfeld-Reiger syndrome. The pupillary sphincter is easily visible against the hypoplastic iris stroma.
