Stedman's Medical Dictionary: " bleparophimosis/blepharostenosis decrease in palpebral aperture without fusion of lid margins." see ankyloblepharon photos in this Atlas. The patient demonstrates the typical ptosis facies with wrinkled brow. The pock marks indicate that the patient was a smallpox survivor.
