Conjunctival lymphoid hyperplasia

Conjunctival lymphoid hyperplasia is a benign lymphoid proliferation which appears as a smooth, mobile, salmon-colored, fleshy mass. Suspicious masses must be biopsied as they cannot be differentiated from conjunctival lymphoma clinically.
