Conjunctival lymphoma classically appears as a smooth, mobile, salmon-colored, fleshy mass. The lesions are most commonly unilateral. They cannot be differentiated from benign lymphoid hyperplasia based on clinical appearance alone, and thus require biopsy. This lesion was biopsied and found to be an extranodal marginal zone (MALT) B-cell lymphoma.
