Jones tube (pyrex tube) may be used to reconstruct a functional lacrimal system. In this patient, tumor removal resulted in irreparable damage to the lacrimal system.
In cases where pigtail probe repair or Crawford stenting cannot be performed, pyrex tubing such as this Jones tube may be used to reconstruct functional lacrimal drainage.
