Diagnosis: Mutton Fat KP (keratoprecipitates)

Image Comments:
Large, fatty clumps of WBC have collected on the endothelial surface of this transplanted cornea.
Though mutton fat KP can be associated with several disorders, in the case of this patient with additional edema, DM folds, and pain in an eye with a corneal graft, there is significant concern for graft rejection.
