Diagnosis: Phthisis bulbi will be an eventuality for this eye.

This eye is suffering from longstanding keratitis and uveitis. The scleral indentation extending horizontally from the insertion of the medial rectus to the limbus at 3 o'clock reveals the phthisical process that is going on within this very sick and dying eye.
