Image Comments:
Rosacea can create very unpleasant ocular problems for its victims. Recurrent rosacea keratoconjunctivitis can offer a daunting problem for both the incapacitated patient and the frustrated ophthalmologist. The photo demonstrates the facial lesions of rosacea together with madarosis ( loss of lashes ) and poliosis ) white lashes from chronic blepharitis. There is no evidence of rosacea keratoconjunctivitis in the photo.
