Image Comments:

Slit-lamp examination confirms the presence of all the mentioned pathology. Careful study of the photograph reveals - with difficulty - iridodonesis from 5:30 to 7:30 ( so-called shredded wheat of the iris )and posterior synechiae from 5:30 to
7:30. Transillumination of the anterior segment reveals marked iris atrophy.
