Diagnosis: ciliary staphyloma/ectasia iris atrophy on transillumunation 360degrees and arcus senilis superiorly

Image Comments:

The ciliary staphyloma most likely represents an area of scleral softening
secondary to an underlying uveitis.The extensive iris atrophy is consistent with an inflammatory process, i.e. a uveitis.
