Image Comments:

Because this Caucasian had very dark brown irides, the photo had to be computer manipulated to bring out the pertinent details. Close odservation will reveal: 1. corneal scar at site of old perforation by a wire 2. fixed pupil 3. ectropion uveae at 3 o'clock 4. a vague hyphema layer at 6 o'clock 5. fresh blood in the anterior chamber is the cause AC haziness 6. nuclear cataract ( moderate ). The second photo is untouched.
