Ectropion uveae

ectropion uveae OD

At 3 o'clock, the pigment epithelium of the iris has been pulled over the pupil margin onto the anterior surface of the iris. The dark brown patch that covers the pars pupillaris and then ends at the iris frill at 3 o'clock is the patch of ectropion uveae.
