In order to make the entropion at 6 o'clock more apparent, contrast maneuvers were made with the computer.
The post-op extracapsular cataract course was complicated by neovascular changes in the anterior surface of the iris.Shrinkage of a fibrovascular membrane on the anterior iris surface caused eversion of the pupillary border of the iris. This is called ectropion uveae. The abnormal position of the pigment layer is evident at 6 o'clock - if one looks very carefully.
