Interface haze following Descemet’s Stripping Automated Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSAEK)

This patient underwent DSAEK for pseudophakic corneal edema. There is significant haze in the graft-host interface shown. Notice the diffuse reticular opacities seen overlying the graft in the deep stroma. On thin slit beam, note the relatively clear anterior stroma with a layer of opacification at the deep graft-host interface followed by clear donor graft endothelium deep to this.
