This Indian pleader( a term used in the Indian legal system ) was followed by Dr. Caccamise periodically over the years of the Eye Clinic. There was no change in his condition. The sequential photographs are self-explanatory: 1. the patient's normal appearance on walking into the Eye Clinic, 2. the patient's appearance in the upright position after having bent over for a few minutes, 3. orbital vascular abnormality apparent with retraction of the upper lid.
