Diagnosis: remnant of previous point of attachment to anterior lens capsule by a posterior synechia.

Image Comments:
The pigment on the anterior lens capsule between the pupil and the limbus at 6 o'clock represents the point of adhesion by the posterior synechia prior to aggressive dilatation of the pupil.The flattened pupil margin at 4:30 represents the point of previous attachment of the iris. The iris had not yet recovered completely as manifested by this torpor in springing back to a fully round shape.
