OS: AC IOL placed with iris bombe with no patent peripheral iridotomy

OD: Bombe resolved after placement of post op Laser peripheral iridotomy (LPI) at 9 oclock. LPI was placed near haptic where iris was posterior to avoid corneal injury during the LPI procedure.
