Posterior subcapsular cataract
The cataract changes are confined primarily to the posterior capsule. Only minimal changes exist in the anterior, inferior capsule. Note the absence of nuclear changes. This patient is a diabetic male whose vision decreased dramatically over the course of about a month. Glare was a significant complaint.
