Figure 1: This photo demonstrates a nice example of involutional ectropion. This patient had a poor snap-back test as well as large distractibility of the lower eyelid. In this photo, pooling of fluorescein is also seen in the fornix of the lower lid. Interestingly, this patient also had a faint white line in the lower fornix indicating that there was likely retractor disinsertion as well.
