This large sub-inner limiting membrane (ILM) macular hemorrhage occurred in a 31 year-old male with acute myeloid leukemia who was recently treated with chemotherapy and developed disseminated intravascular coagulation and severe thrombocytopenia and anemia. Note the glistening light reflex from the ILM overlying the hemorrhage.
