Dr. Alward Delivers Swan Lecture

Dr. AlwardDr. Lee Alward recently gave the Kenneth C. Swan Lecture at the University of Oregon. Dr. Swan was a resident and on faculty at the University of Iowa before establishing the first three-year residency programin the Pacific Northwest at Oregon in 1945.

Wedding Announcement

Nelson-Strand Engagement PhotoPeg Nelson is marrying Dale Strand today, February 26 at the First Baptist Church in Oelwein. Peg Strand will be returning to Surgery Scheduling after the honeymoon. Congratulations to Peg and Dale!

Lions Golf Tournament Date Announced

Golf CourseIowa City Noon Lions Club's 8th Annual Swing for Sight Golf Tournament to be held Thursday, July 15, 2010 at the Finkbine Golf Course. The official program including details regarding sponsorships, prizes, etc. will be made available as the date gets closer.
