Anterior vitreous inflammation in autoimmune retinopathy

Anterior vitreous inflammatory cells are visible in the slit lamp beam between the crystalline lens and the underlying vitreous veils. This patient has a diagnosis of autoimmune retinopathy with positive testing for antiretinal autoantibodies.
