Apocrine hidrocystoma

Apocrine hidrocystomas are benign cysts arising from the glands of Moll along the eyelid margins. This photo shows an apocrine hidrocystoma on the upper lid near the medial canthus. The cysts are typically smooth, translucent, and will transilluminate.
