Applying Drops

Richard C. Allen, MD, PhD, FACS
Additional Notes: 00:17

In applying drops to the eye, the patient should be instructed to tilt their head back.  The lower eyelid is pulled down.  The patient is instructed to look up and the drop is placed between the inside of the lower eyelid and the surface of the eye.  Saline drops are used in this video for instruction.
