Bleb Revision for Hypotony with Trans Conjunctival Flap Sutures

This video demonstrates the use of trans-conjunctival 10-0 nylon flap sutures in a patient referred with hypotony and choroidal detachments in the setting of an over-filtering bleb. This technique does not require taking down the conjunctiva, and the pressure can be titrated post-operatively through selective laser suture lysis in clinic.
