Anterior uveitic posterior synechiae, ectropion uveae, and nuclear cataract
Under the effect of mydriatics/ cycloplegics, the pupil dilates irregularly - an indication of posterior synechiae at 10:30 and 4:00. There is a narrow ectropion uveae from 12:00 to 6:00. There is a nuclear cataract.
