Chronic blepharokeratoconjunctivitis associated with rosacea compounded by alcoholism
The photo shows florid rosacea ocular problems in an alcoholic. Careful observation of the limbus and cornea between 4 and 5 o'clock will reveal pinhead infiltrates in the limbal area and larger infiltrates in the cornea itself.
