Congenital ectropion uveae

The patient was examined because of a red, swollen, tender upper lid. Diagnosis: acute meibomianitis (acute internal sty). A coincidental finding was a pigment layer involving the pars pupillaris of the iris. It involves 360s but is wider inferiorly. It represents a congenital ectropion uveae.
