83-year-old male referred for decreased vision in the left eye for 10 days. Photos show choroidal lesions temporally right eye (OD) and a large lesion centrally left eye (OS). OCT showed subretinal fluid over the lesions and echo demonstrated high internal reflectivity. The patient was referred for malignancy workup and found to have metastatic lung cancer.
