The ultimate in heterochromia, right eye

the ultimate in heterochromia OD

This Indian male adult demonstrated a normal dark-brown iris OD. His right iris was otherwise - a cerulean blue. Cataract surgery had been performed OD.

The usual other stigmata of Fuchs' heterochromic cyclitis were not present on slit-lamp examination. In Dr. Caccamise's experience in India, most of the Indian cases were on a chronic anterior uveitis basis.
