Superior oblique myokymia

Superior oblique myokymia (SOM) is an uncommon disorder characterized by rapid, low-amplitude, high frequency contractions of the superior oblique muscle, which results in monocular vertical-torsional oscillopsia. This patient has very small amplitude vertical-torsional movements in the left eye that are characteristic of this condition.
