Traumatic Iridodialysis and Cataract

This patient suffered blunt trauma from a fireworks accident. She had a severe hyphema and vitreous hemorrhage which resolved leaving an iridodialysis and cataract. In this video we perform a lensectomy and repair of traumatic cataract with iridodialysis.
