Bad Zonules. Convert To Extra Capsular Cataract Extraction (ECCE)

In this video we show a case of a patient with a traumatic cataract who had very loose zonules. An attempt was made to remove the cataract using iris hooks to stabilize the capsule but eventually the remaining zonules gave way. We converted to ECCE.
