56 year-old female presenting best corrected visual acuity of 20/40 OD. En face optical coherence tomography (OCT/SLO, OTI, Toronto, Ontario, Canada) (a) cross-sectional B-scan shows the posterior hyaloid exerting traction on the fovea, thus determining cystoid macular edema. (b) The intraretinal cysts are clearly detectable on the red-free image of the fundus (left) and on the coronal OCT scan (right).
