Diagnosis: Repaired perforating corneal injury with iridectomy

Image Comments:

The perforating injury was well-repaired many years prior to this 1965 photo. The lower lid was only a few days postop for spastic entropion. A Ziegler cautery operation was performed to correct the entropion.
