Diagnosis: cyst - dermoid cyst of orbit

Image Comments:
The more common location for a dermoid cyst of the orbit is the upper outer part of the orbit. In the photo, the patient presents with a dermoid cyst in the upper inner part of the orbit. Dermoid cysts normally do not cause exophthalmos because they lie in front of the orbital septum.
