Diagnosis: dermatochalasis with papillomata

Dermatochalasis must not be used interchangeably with blepharochalasis. The former is an aging change with cutis laxa senilis and redundant skin. Blepharochalasis is rare and usually occurs in those under 20 years who have had recurrent attacks of unexplained edema.
