Diagnosis: diffuse calcareous keratopathy

Image Comments:

The degenerative changes in this cornea are secondary to a chronic uveitis with atrophia bulbi. A denser, horizontally linear zone suggesting a frustrated bandshaped keratopathy is evident in the palpebral fissure area of the cornea.
