Diagnosis: iridodialysis: traumatic with traumatic cataract

Because of the patient's dark brown iris, the photo was computer manipulated to make the pathology evident. The iridodialysis runs from 7 to 8:30 o'clock. Cataractous changes are evident at the corresponding pupil margin.
