Diagnosis: iris atrophy following traumatic hyphema

This young Caucasian female developed a traumatic hyphema following a blow to the eye. After surgical temoval of the hyphema, iris atrophy was evident in the temporal half of the iris. The photo was computer manipulated to make the atrophic area more apparent.
