Category: Oculoplastics
Diagnosis: pigmented punctum lacrimalis OS

Image Comments:
This female Cucasian patient wasadvised not to have excision of lesion unless changes became apparent. Referral to an oculoplastic surgeon would be in order. The potentiality for a dissatisfied patient exists following surgery where the only preoperative complaint is a minor cosmetic one. Please see earlier photo of pigmented punctum in an African-American.
