Combined Mitomycin C Trabeculectomy and Trabeculotomy in Congenital Glaucoma

This is a case of congenital glaucoma that failed previous treatments and surgeries. In this video, Dr. Kwon demonstrates a combined surgical approach using Mitomycin C trabeculectomy with trabeculotomy. This is mainly used for open angle glaucoma. However, there are other forms of glaucomas (e.g., congenital, steroid response, and other rare forms of glaucomas) where this surgery is appropriate.
