A19: There is a droplet of silicone oil adherent to the posterior surface of a silicone oil intraocular lens (IOL).

Q20: How is it treated?

A20: IOL exchange with or without silicone oil removal.

Q21: How is it prevented?

A21: Avoid the use of silicone IOLs in patients who have had or are at high risk of needing a vitrectomy.
